From the moment of purchase to your car's "Bumper to Bumper" New Car Limited Warranty term, every Saturn owner's enrolled in Saturn's 24-Hr Roadside Asst Program.
If ever you find yourself in need, call toll-free (800) 553-6000 & a Saturn advisor will arrange towing service or other needed assistance. If the problem is due to a warranty-covered defect, Saturn will pay for the cost of towing.
Within the first few weeks of owning your Saturn, you'll receive a packet in the mail with program details & a personal ID card.

Extended Coverage ( Enhanced Roadside Assistance )

From the day you buy your Saturn, we provide 24-Hour Roadside Assistance for the New Car Limited Warranty term - 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.

But with Saturn Extended Powertrain Coverage you get Enhanced Roadside Assistance Service & towing for any reason. This is for the full term of coverage you select. If your car becomes disabled for any reason, we'll provide towing or road service up to $100.

Whenever you need assistance, call toll-free (800) 553-6000. We'll arrange for dispatch of towing/roadside assistance, help you get to a Saturn retailer or arrange alternate transportation.
