• Inspect axle boots, suspension bushings, ball joints & seals
• Inspect exhaust system & shields
• Lubricate door hinges, check links, hood & sunroof
• Inspect brake lines & hoses
• Inspect front disc brake pads, rotors & calipers
• Inspect rear brake linings, drums & wheel cylinders |
• Inspect anti-lock brake linings, drums & wheel cylinders
• Check parking brake adjustment
• Rotate tires & wheels: 4 way - front to rear
• Inspect vacuum lines & hoses
• Inspect fuel tank, filler cap, pipes & hoses
• Inspect engine accessory drive belt
• Inspect coolant hoses
• Replace engine air filter |
• Check hydraulic clutch system fluid level & operation
• Check entire under vehicle for fluid leaks
• Check all engine compartment fluid levels - fill as necessary
• Check engine coolant/antifreeze protection
• Check tire condition & adjust air pressure
• Inspect throttle cable/linkage
• Inspect interior & exterior lights |
• Check operation of moveable head restraint
• Check spare tire & jack storage
• Lubricate key lock cylinders
• Check operation of seatback latch & recliner
• Check brake transaxle shift interlock system
• Check operation of starter safety switch, steering column lock &
park mechanism |
